FAQS
Yes and we do not suggest discarding your original materials until you have reviewed all of your finished project products and have stored away a complete copy of your projects. Giving extra copies to a family member is another way our customers keep the copies safe.
We do not have a method for previewing film without also capturing/digitizing the film at the same time. We don't mind previewing a tape or two with you at no charge. This is a case by case decision, so it does not hurt to ask. We will help guide you to a solution either way. We can tell you that we will not transfer things like TV shows that may be recorded on the same tape as your home movies.
That depends on the size of your project, of course. Typical turn around for an average size project is 7-14 days. Small (1 or 2 tape) projects can be ready same-day or next day. Ask for more details about this.
Most every project we do stays in house. Sometimes customers bring in very rare formats of audio or video projects that cannot be performed by us, but can be done by a third-party company that we have a business relationship with. We will tell you up front if your materials need to leave our possession and many times will refer you directly to that third-party company.
You can drop them off to us and we will write up your order with up-front pricing. This usually only takes about 10 minutes. We prefer appointments, but walk-ins are acceptable too.
You can ship the materials to us with a simple note that includes your Full Name, Phone Number, email address and any basic instructions. We will contact you to let you know that your order arrived safely and with an estimate of the price before we get started. We like to avoid any surprises in price, just like you.
We typically accept payment when your job is completed to give us the opportunity to find more discounts for you. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards in person and online. We also accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo & Square.
